I’m Itzel Moreno, founder of Grazing the Valley.
My journey into cheese started over 10 years ago as a cheesemonger, where I fell in love with the art of pairing flavors, learning about wine and beer, and creating experiences that bring people together. What began behind a cheese counter eventually grew into something bigger, a way to turn food into connection, celebration, and community.
Today, Grazing the Valley creates elevated cheese and charcuterie experiences for weddings, wineries, corporate events, gatherings, and everyday moments worth celebrating. Every board and table is thoughtfully curated with a balance of seasonal ingredients, artisan cheeses, and intentional pairings that feel both beautiful and welcoming.
More than anything, I believe food has the power to gather people, tell stories, and create moments people remember long after the event ends.
